QPR lost talisman Charlie Austin to injury during their disappointing 4-0 defeat to Fulham with reports saying that he will be out for four weeks. Having turned down big money offers to keep Austin at Loftus Road this could have a major impact on QPR’s season as Austin has started brightly with seven goals in nine matches and is their main source of goals. QPR will now be looking for other players to step up to the mantle particularly after such a poor performance against Fulham.

Peterborough make winning start under Westley
Graham Westley’s appointment was greeted by much negativity amongst Posh fans when it was announced however those fans will be feeling happier now after two goals in the space of two second half minutes sunk Bradford at Valley Parade. Much of the negativity towards Westley focused on his preference for direct football however that was not on show here with Peterborough putting together some intricate passes in an impressive performance.
Newport County finally get their first win
