As if Jamie Vardy, Leonardo Ulloa and Shinji Okazaki wasn’t enough for Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri to contend with, he is now after another striker to help Leicester towards their title push.
Leicester’s interest in CSKA Moscow forward Ahmed Musa is waning, with the Foxes not prepared to meet the £23M fee the Russian side are demanding to depart with Musa’s services.
Interest in Chelsea striker Loic Remy is also increasing but with Chelsea willing to rather sell the striker, and Remy wanting to stay and fight for his place when the new Chelsea manager comes in at the end of the season, Leicester would ideally prefer a loan for the Frenchman.
It is also being understood that Stoke have offered forward Mame Diouf to Leicester, who are now considering the possibility of the striker coming in.
Whatever happens, watch this space for the final 4 hours to find out whether Leicester bring in a striker they are craving for.
