Norwich City, no matter their league, need to keep hold of Swiss centre-back Timm Klose, next season.
Agonisingly, Timm Klose can only watch on from the touchline after being ruled out for the remainder of the season by Alex Neil, following his injury during the Crystal Palace match.
Norwich are currently sitting in 19th position in the table with only a handful of games to prevent an immediate return to the Championship.
His absence has seriously dented their survival hopes with evidence being their 3-0 loss against relegation rivals Sunderland and in general the Canaries recent decline in form.
Timm Klose currently holds the highest clearance rate per 90 minutes in the Premier League, with a score of 11.02 clearances. This is something that would very much go under the radar with people who simply watch the highlights of the game, as very rarely does it get included or even mentioned. (Source: Squawka)
Notably, his no-nonsense approach in aerial battles has benefited one of the weakest defences in the league. This season, so far they have conceded 61 goals which is the fourth highest in the league, with Aston Villa (first place) only conceding 11 more goals. (Source: Squawka)
This YouTube video created by BigGrantHolt highlights the consensus amongst Norwich fans in a comedic way that they must keep hold of Klose who since has become a bit of a football icon in Norfolk.
The former Wolfsburg defender completed his move to the Premier League club back in January and has arguably been the Canaries best piece of business in recent times.
After a rocky start, Klose’s performances were commendable against Manchester City and West Brom, bringing a sense of solidarity amongst their backline.
