2nd minute: The game has started very lively with Switzerland winning a corner but it came to nothing. Tackles going in going to be a feisty game between two rivals.

42nd minute: Another chance for Switzerland as a ball is played through but the keeper makes a comfortable save to keep the scoreline the same.
HT in Lens with the score 1-0 which reflects on what’s been happening during the first half. The key man has been Shaqiri as he’s been involved in everything and even getting an assist from a corner early in the half. But the second will be more difficult for the Swiss defence as Albania try to come back into the game.
45th minute: The second half is underway and no changes are made yet from either side.
48th minute: A good ball from Rodriguez through to Shaqiri but just slightly over hit.
53rd minute: Switzerland will be looking for another goal or two to make themselves more confident on the ball but going forwards they are looking more threatening.
60th minute: Both teams are playing nice football in this second half, the passing from each team has been great. Albania are starting to take more risks as they need a goal but Switzerland are handling them well.
65th minute: Another save from Albania keeper to keep the score 1-0 wonderful ball from the substitute Embolo played a nicely waited pass to Seferovic but couldn’t slot it past the keeper.
69th minute: Nice attacking football from Albania leads to a corner for them, but it was clearly easily by the Swiss.
78th minute: A huge penalty shout from Albania after a push in the back but the ref has given nothing. Albania are going to have to carry on pushing players forwards to try and get an equaliser.
86th minute: With only 4 mins remaining the substitute Shkëlzen Gashi as just had 1-1 chance but keeper Sommer made a great save to denied Albania a chance to get back in the game.
90th minute: Only 1 chance left with 3 minutes added time they are desperately trying to get a goal but are trying to attack. Embolo is being tackled a lot since he has come on and, with the pace he has, the Swiss defence are having a hard time handling him.
FT 1-0 to Switzerland. They will be happy with the performance but would have wanted another goal. The Albanian keeper made a costly error and gifted the Swiss a win in a game where both sides were fairly even.

But the man of the match is Sommer the Swiss keeper who made a numerous amount of saves to keep a clean sheet. Switzerland will be more confident going into the next game after the win and Albania really need something out of it. As it stands, I think France and Switzerland will be the top two in group A.
