Latest Barclays Premier League Transfer rumours

This season will surely be one of the most competitive seasons in the Premier League to date. Every team will be looking to strengthen in order to compete. These are all of the latest transfer rumours from all 20 Premier League teams. Which exciting new talents will be arriving in the Premier League?

Transfer Rumours:

Arsenal

Arsene Wenger has been known in recent years for only purchasing one big name per window coupled with a few young talents and with him bringing in a £30m signing already in the form of Swiss international Granit Xhaka will he be looking to add any more players to the Arsenal team?

Ins

Kalidou Koulibaly

This young man has lit up the football world recently with his incredible strength and pace for a centre half at Napoli. With Arsenal without Per Mertesacker for a few months, leaving them with only Laurent Koscielny and the yet to settle Gabriel, the fans are calling for a new centre back.

Alexandre Lacazette

This dominant French striker was rather unknown about 2 or 3 years ago. However, he has since lit up the French league and a move to the Premier league now looks likely. Arsenal have already had one failed bid and it looks as though they may go back in for him as they have lost out on Gonzalo Higuain, who has already joined Juventus for an extravagant fee.

Bournemouth

Carlos Kameni

The Malaga goalkeeper has been quite consistent for Malaga, not shining above the rest in that specific league but with Bournemouth having Artur Boruc as their first choice keeper and being below average all season for them and with his backup Adam Federici at a similar level, it looks as if Bournemouth want to establish themselves as a Premier league club and stay in the league again they will need to improve in this area.

Ryan Mason

The Spurs central midfielder looked like he was a hidden talent in the 14/15 season but failed to nail down a first team place with a few injuries being a key factor. Spurs are now looking to offload him for around £8m and Bournemouth and other clubs perhaps willing to match that price.

Burnley

Jeff Hendrick

The Derby midfielder has been outstanding in the last two seasons but has never earned a Premier League move and with Burnley bouncing back up they are willing to give him a chance in the BPL. Derby clearly want to keep him as they have turned down two bids already in the hope he can help them to finally bounce up to the the BPL after an 8-year absence.

Hal Robson-Kanu

The now free agent left Reading in an attempt to get a Premier League move and with Burnley one of a few clubs willing to take a gamble on him it looks as though he will get a big move after his impressive European Championship performances.

Chelsea

Alvaro Morata

The now Real Madrid striker has already had a move back to boyhood club Real after a buy back clause was activated. With clubs still willing to pay big money for him he may be offloaded but it doesn’t seem as though Zidane wants to sell him now.

Radja Nainggolan

The Belgium midfielder has been great for club and country lately and looks destined for a move to a bigger league and what bigger than the Premier League and with Conte being impressed in France by his performances maybe this is a great match.

Crystal Palace

Christian Benteke

The striker’s performances for Aston villa were dominant but at Liverpool he has flopped being better suited to a direct style that Liverpool do not offer. Palace have Cabaye, Zaha and Townsend whipping balls into the middle of the box maybe he will solve their striker problem.

Saido Berahino

A striker who will sit on the last defender and run in behind Berahino may well be a more established replacement for the departed Dwight Gayle.

Everton

Gylfi Sigurdsson

The Swansea playmaker has signed a new contract with the Swans so a deal is unlikely but Everton still remain keen on adding the Icelandic’s creativity to that of Ross Barkley. As a proven Premier League player this would be a great signing.

Axel Witsel

The strong defensive minded midfielder has not played in one of Europe’s top five leagues and is looking to move with Everton and Napoli currently favourites. With Witsel trying to force a move away from Russia, Koeman may view him as a replacement for the aging Gareth Barry.

Hull

Raul Bobadilla

The Augsburg beast striker isn’t known for his goal scoring tally but is known for his strength and ability to hold off defenders. However, he isn’t a massive upgrade on Abel Hernandez or Chuba Akpom who has returned to Arsenal this season.

Hal Robson-Kanu

Once again as a free agent is a steal for a club like Hull who are struggling for players they may be willing to take a gamble on him.

Leicester

Robbie Brady

A big fish in a small pond at Norwich last season and without a shadow of doubt their best player. Leicester are favourites and his willingness to stay in the most prestigious league in the world may see a deal happen.

Michael Keane

Perhaps a mistake by Manchester United to let him go for such a bargain when he still has the potential that he showed last season leading Burnley to Championship glory. He looks destined to be a class act in the future and Leicester with an aging defence would see Keane as a long term replacement.

Liverpool

Jordan Amavi

This young left back was decent for an extremely disappointing Villa last year so he will look to improve his ability and stay in the Premier League and with Liverpool fans concerned with Alberto Moreno and his performances towards the close of last season, with some fans even blaming him for their Europa league final loss, perhaps they will look at Amavi.

Marcelo Brozovic

The young Croatian central midfielder has impressed at Dinamo Zagreb and Inter Milan, he is being looked at by a host of clubs with Liverpool being one. Lucas Leiva’s future appears to be away from Merseyside and Joe Allen has already left for Stoke, leaving the Reds in need of a central midfielder.

Manchester City

Geronimo Rulli

The young Argentine goalkeeper has been impressive on loan at Real Sociedad and with Man City’s Joe Hart having a shocking Euro 2016 and Caballero looking poor whenever playing, they need a goalkeeper and maybe he will cut it in the Premier League.

Bruno Peres

The attacking Brazilian full back is being targeted by a few big clubs lately for his impressive performances for Torino and with Zabaleta looking as if he is heading for the exit door perhaps this exciting talent could be a suitable replacement.

Manchester United

Fabinho

The Monaco right back has been extremely impressive lately for Monaco in Ligue 1 and with Matteo Darmian not being a favourite of Jose’s and Valencia not being strong defensively this deal looks likely.

Saúl Ñíguez

The young 21-year-old central midfielder has been extremely impressive under Simeone and will be incredibly expensive if he is bought this summer. However, with the possible departure of Schweinsteiger and Fellaini, Mourinho may be tempted to splash even more cash on a central midfielder even after a world record transfer signing of Paul Pogba.

Middlesbrough

Neven Subotić

The experienced German was once a transfer target for Arsenal but with him aging he may be able to add even more experience to help Boro with solidarity at the back to ensure safety in the Premier League.

Robin Van Persie

The Premier League legend had been out of sorts at Manchester United recently and hasn’t made a huge impact in Turkey. However, competition at Boro is high with the signing of Negredo he would have to work hard to impress Aitor Karanka.

Southampton

William Carvalho

With the Saints losing Wanyama to Spurs, they need a big beast in centre defensive midfield and Carvalho is a like for like replacement and would be a success for Southampton.

Loïc Remy

The Chelsea poacher has been out of sorts at The Bridge and has shown his ability for QPR and Newcastle and is still worth a gamble for such clubs as Saints who have lost Pellé after his move to China.

Stoke

Saido Berahino

With Stoke’s strikers being Joselu who hasn’t been consistent in the Premier League and Diouf being off the boil towards the end of the season they may look for a striker of Berahino’s ability if they can afford him.

James McCarthy

This is seen as quite a pointless transfer as Stoke have Imbula who does that sort of job and has been consistently good all season so I see this as unlikely but perhaps they will strengthen the squad overall and weaken a rival Premier League team.

Sunderland

Yann M’Vila

The successful loanee last season is obviously wanted back after a good spell helping them survive last season thus a deal could completed before the end of the transfer window deadline.

Edin Džeko

The Bosnian target man has shown his class in this league before and would suit Sunderland alongside Jermain Defoe. If this deal happens it would surely push Sunderland up the league table.

Swansea

Nacer Chadli

The Belgium winger is usually a left winger but can do a suitable job out on the right but after the Swans lost Andre Ayew to West Ham they will probably look to utilise him out on the left if he signs for the Welsh club.

Chris Gunter

The Welsh full-back is very versatile and able to play on each side as well as the wing. He impressed for Wales this summer and will perhaps do the same for the Swans in his native Wales.

Tottenham

Christian Tello

Failed to live up to expectations in Catalonia and is able to play on both wings and with Spurs never finding a proper first choice winger on either side he may be able to help their options even if it’s just a loan spell.

Sofiane Boufal

The winger/attacking midfielder has been a nobody till late but has crept up the football ladder with his quick pace and his impressive vision and creativity and may help Harry Kane keep his top goal scorer title.

Watford

Roberto Pereyra

The Argentine has previously been linked to West Ham but now is looking likely for a move to Vicarage Road and he may help Ighalo increase his goal scoring tally.

Bruno Peres

Bruno is a very talented right full-back but as they have already signed Juan Camilo Zuniga and had an impressive addition last season in Allan Nyom a deal looks unlikely.

West Brom

Charlie Taylor

Probably the most consistent player at Leeds United and maybe even in the whole league, he always plays his best for the club and he pops up with the odd goal but is best known for his defensive duties.

Jeffrey Schlupp

Shown his defensive and attacking talents at left back, left midfield and also striker but can never get an appearance in front of Fuchs, Albrighton or Gray at left back or on the left side of midfield.

West Ham

Andrew Robertson

The young Scottish full back has looked like a real talent for Hull City in both the Premier League and Championship. Hull who are up for sale and currently managerless are favourites for the drop and could face losing the player to West Ham who are looking for a left back with Cresswell missing the start of the season. Robertson would be a great signing for them, however, a deal looks unlikely due to Hull City being unwilling to offload the player to a Premier League rival.

Oğuzhan Özyakup

The ex-Arsenal academy product is looking to join his former academy team mate Havard Nordtveit in a move back to the Premier League. This is one player the Gunners may regret letting go as he has impressed in Turkey especially with a showing against Arsenal back in August 2014. He will add a wide range of passing with the ability to shoot from midfield.

Barclays Premier League fans are in for perhaps the most exciting BPL season to ever grace our eyes with a number of top class managers and about eight teams fighting for the league. This will be a season to remember and these players will only increase the enjoyment.
